Anne Deeter Gallaher is the Owner & CEO of Deeter Gallaher Group, a multi-award-winning PR, marketing, and digital media firm headquartered in Camp Hill, PA. Celebrating 24 years in business, Anne and her team create powerful business stories that attract media coverage and deliver a winning marketing advantage. DGG was most recently named a 2024 CPBJ Empowering Women Award winner, as well as a CPBJ Reader Rankings Winner in the Marketing/Advertising Agency category.
Honored as one of PA’s Best 50 Women in Business, 2024 Salvation Army Harrisburg Others Award recipient, a 2024 Shippensburg University Alumni of the Year, a City & State PA Women Power 100 recipient, and a 2023 Shippensburg University Communications Journalism Alumni of the Year, Anne is a frequent speaker and writer on entrepreneurship, small business, social media, PR, and leadership. She is the co‐author of Women in High Gear and Students in High Gear. An enthusiastic home cook, she spends her free time hiking new trails with her husband Corey, traveling with friends, hosting family gatherings with her three sons, daughters‐in‐law, and grandchildren, and enjoying the outdoors.

Anne Carnathan is the President & CEO of Universal Media Inc. in Mechanicsburg, PA, one of the largest independently owned strategic media placement companies in the U.S. Paying it forward drives Anne both professionally and personally. She’s passionate about leadership, strategy, all things media, her family, pets, and the insanely talented crew of digital innovators at UMI.
